Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Widnes is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Widnes and across the UK. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and all applicable UK pharmacy law.

We reserve the right to decline any consultation or prescription request where it is clinically inappropriate or where eligibility criteria are not met. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of service and may put your health at serious risk.
All prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of our registered prescriber. Completing a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Prescriptions are legally valid only for the patient named and must not be shared. Any medication supplied must be used strictly in accordance with the prescriber's instructions and the patient information leaflet provided.
We do not supply prescription-only medicines without a valid prescription issued by an authorised prescriber following an appropriate clinical assessment.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment technology.
Prices displayed include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, the price confirmed at the point of purchase will apply to that order.
In the event that a prescription is not approved following clinical assessment, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days, minus any non-refundable consultation fee where applicable.
Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day via a tracked delivery service. Delivery timescales thereafter are subject to carrier performance and may vary.
It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided is accurate. We cannot accept liability for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, a re-delivery charge may apply.
All medication is dispensed and packaged in accordance with legal and clinical requirements to ensure safe transit.
You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed by our pharmacist for a full refund. Once a prescription has been clinically assessed and approved, cancellation may not be possible if dispensing has commenced, in accordance with your statutory rights and the nature of medicinal products.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to prescription medicines once dispensed. If you believe your medication is faulty or incorrectly supplied, please contact us immediately and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.

You are encouraged to inform your regular GP of any medication prescribed through our service. We do not hold or manage your full NHS medical records.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
